Office Spaces

Local charities and businesses have found our office spaces (Acorn House and Margaret Powell House) ideal for working out of. Charities are eligible for up to a 75% rent subsidy when using our spaces. Friendly on-site support team at both locations (between 8.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday), and rolling one-month Office Service Agreement, our offices are perfect if you’re just starting out.

Gifted to MK Community Foundation by the Milton Keynes Development Corporation in the 1980s, our industrial units are intended to ensure that affordable, high quality, and accessible space is available to the local voluntary sector of Milton Keynes. It is for this reason that charities are eligible for an up to 75% subsidy on renting these spaces. We have 232,391 square feet of room to offer in various locations around the city, with 51 Community Foundation Land sites available for rental.
